Axiant is a process-led automation consulting firm. When you interact with our website at axiant.co, apply for a PFA Diagnostic, subscribe to our newsletter, or take the DRIFT Self-Assessment, you share information with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what your options are.
Three things are true of every interaction: we collect only what is necessary, we use it only for the purpose you provided it, and we do not sell it to third parties under any circumstances. If something is unclear, contact us at privacy@axiant.co and we will explain it in plain language.
Who We Are
Axiant is a process-first automation consulting firm. Our website is axiant.co. Our primary business is providing practitioner-led automation consulting to small and mid-market organizations through the Process First Automation methodology.
For the purposes of this policy, Axiant is the data controller for information collected through axiant.co. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@axiant.co.
What We Collect
We collect information only when you provide it to us or when it is generated automatically as part of using the website. We do not buy data from third parties. We do not scrape social profiles. We do not track you across other websites.
Information you provide directly
- Name, work email address, and company name when you submit the PFA Diagnostic application form, the DRIFT Self-Assessment email gate, the newsletter subscribe form, or the contact form
- Your job title and LinkedIn profile URL if you include them in the Diagnostic application
- A description of your automation challenge and your primary business driver, from the Diagnostic application form
- Your answer to how you heard about Axiant, from the Diagnostic application
- Any information you include in free-text fields on any form
Information collected automatically
When you visit axiant.co, standard web server logs and analytics tools may collect:
- Your IP address (anonymized or truncated where applicable)
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring URL (the page that linked you to our site)
- Date and time of visit
We use this information in aggregate to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use it to identify individual users.

To be explicit about what we do not collect:
- Payment information of any kind (we do not process payments through this website)
- Social security numbers, government identification, or financial account data
- Health or medical information
- Information from children under 18 (this site is not directed at children)
How We Use It
We use the information you provide for the purposes you would reasonably expect given where and how you provided it.
Diagnostic application information
When you apply for a PFA Diagnostic, we use your name, email, company, and application details for engagement qualification and to manage your path through the Diagnostic process. Specifically:
- Qualify your application against ICP fit criteria before any session is scheduled
- Contact you with the outcome of the qualification review within two business days
- Send you a calendar link to schedule your Diagnostic session if the fit criteria are met
- Deliver your written Process Readiness assessment after the session
- Send an engagement proposal if one is warranted based on the Diagnostic output
DRIFT Self-Assessment information
When you complete the DRIFT Self-Assessment and submit your email to receive results, we use your name, email, and company to deliver your results and, if you opt in, to add you to a follow-up nurture sequence. That sequence consists of relevant methodology content and an invitation to apply for a Diagnostic if your DRIFT profile suggests one would be valuable. Specifically:
- Deliver your scored assessment results
- Send nurture sequence follow-ups if you opted in to hearing from us about next steps
- Understand the distribution of DRIFT profiles across our assessment users in aggregate
Newsletter subscriber information
When you subscribe to the Axiant newsletter, we use your email address to send new Insights posts as they are published and occasional methodology or book updates. Newsletter subscribers are not automatically added to a nurture sequence. To receive methodology follow-ups, you must opt in separately through the DRIFT Self-Assessment or Diagnostic application flows.
- Send new Insights posts as they are published
- Send occasional updates about the Axiant methodology or book
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We do not send promotional content to newsletter subscribers.
Analytics and site improvement
We use aggregated, anonymized analytics data to understand how the site is being used, which pages are most valuable to visitors, and how to improve the content and structure over time. This data does not identify individual users.
What we do not do with your information
We will never:
- Sell your personal information to any third party
- Share your information with advertisers or data brokers
- Use your information to send unsolicited promotional emails from third parties
- Use your information for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy without first asking for your consent
